Why being specific with your requirements is important when working with a Buyers Agent
We recently worked with a client who was looking for their dream homes in the Sutherland Shire for his family of 6.
The couple were very specific with their requirements; a spacious low maintenance backyard, high ceilings, no more than 2 floors, not north facing and a bedroom required on the same level as the kitchen/dining.

For example, many previous clients have preferred not to have any bedrooms on the bottom level, leaving all the living quarters upstairs.
As well as being specific on your likes, it is just as important to be specific with your dislikes or deal breakers. These might be things like; no pool, not too close to a main road or no stairs in the backyard. How do you figure out what your likes and dislikes are? Well other than things that you’ve experienced in your current home you might only figure this out from doing property walk through’s with your buyers agent.
